ANISH Corporation acknowledges and celebrates National Ribbon Skirt Day! We send a heartfelt thank you to Senator McCallum and all those involved in getting Bill S-219 passed.

It is our hope that this can be an educational opportunity regarding the cultural significance of ribbon skirts as well as a step in the journey toward reconciliation. On this day and everyday we hope that all of our relations feel safe, proud and strong in their culture and identity as Indigenous people.
